Help! It doesn't recognize my username!?
Usernames are not case sensitive. If it does not recognize your username then it is either because you have misspelled your username or have not registered your account yet.
You may also enter your registered email address instead of your username. If you still get an error after entering your email address then you will need to contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org
My password doesn't work!
Please remember that the password field is case sensitive and must be entered EXACTLY how it was setup.
EXAMPLE: If you chose PassWord as your password then you would need to enter PassWord and NOT password or PASSWORD.
I was never even asked to register a username or password!?
The more information you can provide to us the quicker your issue can be solved. Information such as the name that was used to purchase the account, the email address that was used to purchase the account and the id number located on your email receipt will speed up our response time immensely.
